We ship movies to all US states.

Can you get a CD that is not available on the website?
Everything that we currently have available can be found through our search feature. We don't have any other products other than what is already listed at our site.

Do you have any more information available on a product other than what is listed?
On the product detail page you will see everything we know about that item. We don't have any additional information beyond what is there.

My order is past due - where is it?
Our policy is to wait 15 business days to declare an order lost. If your order has not arrived within this time frame, email movies@smartek.net and be sure to include your order number.

How are movies shipped?
Orders are shipped via the US postal service or UPS.

What shipping methods are available?
We offer the following methods of shipping:

All shipments with a value of $100 or more, will be sent via UPS and will require a signature for delivery. These orders must go to a physical address and can not be shipped to PO Boxes or APO's.

US Shipping
Standard: Your order will be shipped via USPS special standard mail. This is the most economical shipping method and typically takes 7 to 10 business days from the shipping date to arrive. No tracking is available with this option.

Priority: Your order will be sent via USPS priority mail. Priority mail typically takes 3 to 5 business days from the shipping date to arrive. Delivery confirmation is available.

Rush: Your order will be sent via UPS Blue (second day air). 2 Day shipping typically takes 2 to 3 business days from the shipping date to arrive. A signature is required for this type of shipment.

Express: Your order will be sent via UPS Red (next day air). Next Day shipping typically takes 1 to 3 business days from the shipping date to arrive. There may be a weekend delay, so an item ordered late Friday will not deliver until Monday. A signature is required for this type of shipment.

Standard vs. Priority: As the size of shipments increase, it becomes cheaper and more economical for the post office to ship large shipments (4 items or more) via Priority Mail.

How quickly are the items shipped?
Most available items are confirmed and shipped within 2-3 days.

What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and checks by mail. You will find all of these options on the checkout page of our web site after you place your order.

Is ordering online safe?
When you order a book online at Flick Values, you can be certain that no one else will have access to the information you provide. To process transactions, we collect information related to each transaction, such as the amount and the necessary identifying information, including the account numbers or email addresses of the parties involved. During the processing of transactions, we collect verification information from our credit card authorization service.

Can I send movies as a gift through you?
Yes. When you order a CD or cassette it will ask you if it is a gift purchase. You will be able to send the item to any person and address you designate. Your order can contain as many gift items to as many people as you like.

Do you send gift cards for movies?
You will be able to include a gift message with each gift item you purcahse.

What is your refund policy?
We cannot refund items that have already been paid for and processed by our vendor.
